Designing experiences

I work within multidisciplinary teams, bringing customer needs into the development process, identifying opportunities and conducting experiments for success.

I tend to work within agile teams, using lean methodologies and hypothesis driven discovery, prototyping early and iterating often. I am a firm believer in this approach, always listening, observing and learning .

Clients include, BBC, RELEX Group, Virgin Holidays, Aventri, e-commerce, art institutes  and museums.

Projects include, Concept development (TV, Web, Mobile), multi-device interaction design, content strategy, educational outreach programmes, television research and development.
